OECD Assessment of Higher Education Learning Outcomes (AHELO)

AHELO OECD Project was meant to explore the feasibility of assessing the learning outcomes worldwide, irrespective of the language, the culture and the country specificities, with a view to fostering the comparability of higher education at international level and across borders. Test of 23 000 students, 5000 teachers, 250 institutions over 17 countries.

OECD “Supporting quality teaching on higher education”

Project manager facilitating a group of international experts, he surveyed 30 universities and undertook university case studies in 10 different countries with an academic counterpart; Fabrice organized 3 OECD conferences (New York, Istanbul, Barcelona) and published books and guides. OECD Assessment of Higher Education Learning Outcomes (AHELO)

AHELO OECD Project was meant to explore the feasibility of assessing the learning outcomes worldwide, irrespective of the language, the culture and the country specificities, with a view to fostering the comparability of higher education at international level and across borders. Test of 23 000 students, 5000 teachers, 250 institutions over 17 countries.

OECD “Supporting quality teaching on higher education”

Project manager facilitating a group of international experts, he surveyed 30 universities and undertook university case studies in 10 different countries with an academic counterpart; Fabrice organized 3 OECD conferences (New York, Istanbul, Barcelona) and published books and guides. He ran capacity building workshops on quality assurance improvement with universities (Russia, South Africa, Europe). University case studies comprised:
